Commercial Offer
RLD will offer bespoke commercial training programmes, ranging from ½ day growth sessions, one-day workshops to five day comprehensive courses, delivered over a number of weeks of consecutive days, designed to meet specific client needs.
Our commercial curriculum is underpinned by a suite of ten programmes that support the vital components of highly effective leadership and management working practices, high expectations with lasting impact.
Our programmes have been co-designed with employers to ensure relevance, including both individual and employer cohort options. The curriculum is aligned with CMI/ILM Leadership and Management Qualifications, and the Apprenticeship Level 5 standard.
